Hydraulic presses

Our range of machines for grapes, apples and other fruit processing is studied to easily and quickly obtain must, siders, and more. Those machines need no physical effort or electric power, as they use water pressure. The water is filled through a natural rubber sheet suitable for food contact. It swells and, uniform and continual, presses the fruit against the wall.
The result is a fresh juice full of natural flavors. For the grapes, it replaces the old ratchet press and is also ideal for micro winemaking.
Entirely made of stainless-steel except for the lid and the base which are strongly built in aluminum. The pressure set is protected by a safety valve calibrated to 3 bar.
