This openable model allows for an hourly production of 2000 Kg/H. It is entirely made of stainless-steel, material which guarantees high hygiene and durability, and is equipped with a large loading bucket for an easy loading.
Through the destemming shaft and extractable grid, the grapes are separated from the stems; the must is then brought to the barrel by the pump, notable for the big size and high quality. The powerful electric motor moves all the inner mechanisms like the upper screw conveyor, the destemming shaft and the lower screw conveyor used to carry the must to the pump.
The gatefold opening, coupled with the extractable grid, allows for a complete and easy cleaning of the insides of the machine.
