Machine for the crushing and destemming of grapes which is practical and simple in its functioning. Composed of a stainless-steel hopper and an enameled steel lower case. Inside the hopper there’s a screw conveyor which continuously brings the grapes towards the rollers.
The DMCSI is automated, as the powerful engine allows for the functioning of every mechanism in the machine: the rollers for the crushing, the screw conveyor and the destemming shaft, which separates the grapes from the stems thanks to the extractable stainless-steel grid.
The gears and the rollers are made in nylon to guarantee sturdiness and reliability. The rollers are also adjustable by a few millimeters thanks to the special supports.
