Openable model in enameled steel, with an hourly production rate of 3000 Kg/H. Large loading bucket for an easy spilling of the product.
The destemming shaft and the stainless-steel grid separate the grapes from the stems. The DVEP30 is equipped with a big pump which to move the must to the barrels and a powerful engine which moves all the inner mechanisms: the upper screw conveyor, the destemming shaft and a lower screw conveyor which brings the must to the pump.
The grid is extractable and the structure is openable, so as to easily achieve a thorough cleaning. The high-quality supports ensure high durability, reliability and sturdiness, and a not demanding maintenance guarantees consistent and high performance.
