The perfect machine for someone looking for something powerful and with a classic design. Built for tomato paste in mind, but it can be used for jams by using the appropriate filter. The SP5EL is extremely simple and handy, and is made with detachable components to wash it quickly and properly even in the dishwasher. The body is made of cast iron, the funnel and the chute are made of nylon, which is light but resistant, the filter cone is made of AISI 304 stainless-steel and the squeezing helix is in nylon resistant to friction (not subject to corrosion). All the components are certified for food contact.
The epicyclic reducer coated in grease, which multiplies the force of the engine like no other product on the market can, ensures functionality, sturdiness and durability to the machine.
