It has the same features of TRIT-G-12-0.5 but a more powerful engine and a double direction rotation system. It’s designed mainly for domestic use. Thanks to the Hp 0.8 engine and its reducer, it’s able to mince every kind of pulp non-stop. It has a stainless-steel self-sharpening knife, bowl and die. The body of the machine and the ferrule are made of cast-iron suitable for food contact. Transmission and gears are steel made to ensure sturdiness. Easy to use and practical in its functioning, the detachable components allow for an easy washing even in the dishwasher. A funnel for stuffing is also included. The TRIT-G-12-0.8 is multifunctional: it can turn into a tomato machine through the use of a separately sold kit.
