Description
This model belongs to the “professional” line. Sturdy, reliable and built with high-quality materials, while also practical in its functioning.
The pump and the structure are entirely made out of stainless-steel, which ensures high hygiene and durability; the plates for the filtering layers are made of linear nylon. This filter is designed for the use of 20 filtering layers, but it works with a lower amount, decreasing the hourly production. Equipped with a manometer for controlling the pressure and a valve for fluid control. The filter is easy to assemble and the layers are quickly replaced. Product waste is kept to a minimum.
The machine is mounted on a stainless-steel cart with wheels and is complete of a liquid recovery tank. This model can be mounted on FCP10-OIL and FCP20-OIL.
