The DMC destemmer, constructed with high quality materials and designed with the utmost attention to details, is composed by a hopper and a case in enameled steel.
Simple to use and practical in its functioning, the hopper is equipped with a screw conveyor which continuously moves the product towards the rollers. All the mechanisms in the machine are activated by the powerful engine: the rollers, the screw conveyor and the destemming shaft, which separates the stems from the grapes with the help of the extractable stainless-steel grid.
The gears and rollers are made of nylon to ensure high sturdiness and reliability, and the rollers are also adjustable thanks to the special supports.
