This model is small, yet very professional, reliable and made with high quality supplies. Made for non-professional use, it is presented with a modern design. Built for tomato paste at first, it can be used for jams with the appropriate filter. The SPFELI is extremely simple and handy, made with detachable components to wash it properly even in the dishwasher. The body is made of cast iron suitable for food contact. The funnel, the chute and the filter are in AISI 304 stainless-steel to improve the product quality. The squeezing propeller is nylon made, suitable for food contact and resistant to friction (which can otherwise cause corrosion). The powerful engine transmits the movement to the propeller through a nylon gear reducer in a grease bath (suitable for accidental food contact) which doesn’t require substitution.
