The structure and pump of the FCP40x40 are completely made of AISI 304 stainless-steel, necessary to guarantee high hygienic conditions and long life to the machine.
It’s a handy and safe professional model which guarantees high quality results and a good filtration. It’s for intensive use and can filter up to 5300 Lt/H. It has 40×40 propylene plates suitable for food contact with by-pass valve already included. To control the pressure there’s a gauge and a fluid control valve. It’s very quick to assemble. Immediate layer replacement and minimum product waste thanks to the liquid recovery tank with a tap already included.
