Easy to use, those presses require minimum effort to get good results. With a 25 Lt air compressor with an operating pressure of 3 bar, the air is filled into the press through a natural rubber sheet suitable for food contact, which swells and presses the fruit against the wall keeping all the nutritional, antioxidants and physical properties. It isn’t as uniform as the hydro presses so it’s better to repeat the process twice or three times to get the best result. The cages are made of stainless-steel while the lids and the bases are strongly built in aluminum. The pressure set is protected by a safety valve calibrated to 3 bar.
